Dr. Mike is preparing an article on the August Solar Eclipse for the Journal of the Association of Lunar and Planetary Observers (ALPO). Please share your eclipse story!

Eclipse observations/impressions:
partial solar eclipse (those who saw only the partial solar eclipse are very-welcome to submit partial-only observations)
temperature changes (especially if you have data)

shadow bands visible
diamond ring/Baily’s beads (both 2nd and 3rd contacts)
totality observations/impressions
