Online Virtual General Meeting of the Northeast Florida Astronomical Society [NEFAS].  All are welcome!

Friday, October 9  –  7:30 PM to 9 PM.

will be an actual online meeting. I will be sending out invites the day before the meeting with the established link.

We will be having a presentation concerning acquiring or buying a telescope by Dave Whatley.

    How do I join your club? I want to learn more about astronomy.

    I am an experienced observer having been trained to operate the 82-inch Otto Struve Telescope, amongst many others at McDonald Observatory in Ft. Davis, Texas/University of Texas. I live in Fleming Island now and am looking for a “close” dark sky site.
